Speed Builds in Steal a Chicken

Two honest builds: the farmer who sells, and the hunter who only exists after Speed is real.

Speed Builds

Every Steal a Chicken “build” is a Speed build with a different steal schedule. There are no hidden classes. There is a treadmill, a group bonus, two listed codes, a pen, and a bat. This page names the two schedules that actually work in a five-player server.

If someone promises a third build that skips treadmill with a lucky rainbow nest, they are describing a clip, not a plan.

Farmer build

Goal: eggs, pen size, boring Guards.

  • Redeem Crystal and Relax. Join Kibrix Runner for +10K Speed.
  • Steal C and B birds you can bank on the first try. See chicken tiers.
  • Sell every egg stack at the Merchant before the next nest.
  • Treadmill whenever a kite feels tight.
  • Ignore Cosmic until mid nests are free money.

Farmers look slow on screenshots and rich on night two. They lose fewer birds to bats because they are not carrying S-tier glow through mid map. Play this build until protection is automatic.

Hunter build

Goal: Cosmic and rainbow slots.

  • Do not start here. Convert a farmer pen into a hunter pen.
  • Speed first. If early Guards still tag you, you are a farmer in denial.
  • Empty hands to the nest. One bird. Bank. No parade.
  • Bat only for drops you can finish. Third-party hunts in Cosmic are how hunters become farmers again, except broke.
  • Hop if two faster hunters already live in the lobby. Five players. You can count.

Hunters skip egg stacks during a restock window. That is correct for sixty seconds and wrong for the rest of the hour. After the restock, sell. Cosmic layers still need the Merchant. Read Cosmic Zone before you main this schedule.

Shared stats

Both builds need:

  • The like-and-join Speed bonus.
  • A pen that is not full of unbankable dreams.
  • A bat you will not fire by accident. See controls.
  • A night-reset alarm in your head.

Neither build needs a script. The scripts hub documents tween tools because players search them, not because a Speed build requires them.

Switching mid-session

You can farmer until the restock, hunter for one nest, farmer again. That hybrid is the real meta. Pure hunters burn cash. Pure farmers never see Cosmic. The getting started order already is this hybrid. Later play just raises the nest you touch.

If a rival is always faster, they trained more or they skipped fewer bonuses. Copy the bonuses before you copy the Cosmic path. Speed builds are checklists, not personalities.

Common ways both builds fail

Farmers fail by never spending. A huge egg stack in hand is not a build. It is a bat magnet. Sell. Farmers also fail by deleting C-tier before a replacement is banked. Empty pens lay zero, which means zero treadmill, which means you become a hunter without Speed.

Hunters fail by chaining Cosmic. One drop should send you back to eggs, not into a second Guard leash. Hunters also fail by batting every farmer. You will need those farmers as quiet lobbies later. The leaderboard page is where ego goes to die. This page is where Speed schedules live.

If you only have twenty minutes, farmer. If you have an hour and the restock is near, hunter for one nest. If you have a phone on a bus, farmer with mobile controls and no Cosmic. Builds are clocks, not identities. Change the clock when the sky changes.
