Steal a Chicken is Kibrix Runner’s Roblox nest-raid tycoon. Five players share a map. You steal chickens from nests, the Guard chases you, rivals bat you so the bird drops, your pen lays eggs, and the Merchant buys those eggs so you can buy Speed. This page is the first hour, not the Cosmic flex.

Before you touch a nest, redeem Crystal and Relax from the codes hub, like the experience, and join Kibrix Runner for the listed +10K Speed. Those three actions are free. Skipping them is how people spend twenty minutes on the treadmill to match a player who joined the group. VIP gamepasses exist if you later spend Robux; they do not replace this hour.

Minute one: loadout, not loot

Spawn, find your pen, find the treadmill, find the Merchant, and find the nearest nest. Do not steal yet. Learn the run-back line. The Guard is the large hostile chicken near nests — promotional art shows a horned purple brute, and live servers use a similarly loud silhouette. If you cannot see the safe path home, you will drop the first bird in the sand.

Open controls if you are on a phone or a controller. Mobile steal fails when the jump button eats the pickup. Console steal fails when the bat fires during a grab. Fix binds before the first nest, not after.

Steal a Chicken how to play and codes (Sep 2026)

First steal

Use the how to steal rules in miniature:

1. Pick a low-value nest chicken, not the rainbow or crystal bird in the thumbnail.
2. Grab, turn, and run the line you already walked.
3. Do not bat anyone on the way out. You are slower with a carry. A duel in the open is a donation.
4. Drop the chicken in your pen. If the pen is full, you stole too soon. Pen upgrades come from Merchant cash.

If the Guard tags you, you drop the chicken. That is the whole tutorial. Walk back only if the bird is still on the ground and no rival is closer. Otherwise reset and take a worse nest. Ego steals are how empty pens happen.

Eggs and the Merchant

Parked chickens lay eggs. Pick eggs up and carry them to the Merchant. This is the Merchant loop. Do not carry eggs through a nest fight. Eggs are cash. Cash is Speed. Speed is the next nest. If a thief bats you while you hold eggs, you just paid them for standing still.

Sell often. A backpack of eggs feels rich until the night reset and you still have a tiny pen. Night restocks chickens, not your courage. Be in the pen or on the treadmill when the sky flips, not in someone else’s nest.

Speed before Cosmic

Sit on the treadmill with Merchant cash until early Guards stop tagging you on a straight run. The group +10K is a head start, not a Cosmic pass. The Cosmic Zone badge sits at a low unlock rate for a reason. Players who walk in early donate horned chickens to whoever already trained.

Compare birds on the tier list once you have two or three parked. Replace junk. A full pen of weak layers loses to a small pen of better layers. Bigger pen matters, but only after the slots you already own are worth occupying.

First-hour checklist

• Crystal and Relax redeemed, group joined, experience liked.
• One cheap chicken parked, not a screenshot bird you dropped twice.
• At least one Merchant sale completed.
• Treadmill used until the nearest Guard is a kite, not a brick wall.
• Bat rebound practiced in the open so you know how protection feels.
• No Cosmic attempt yet.

If you finish that list, you are playing Steal a Chicken. Everything else is greed with extra steps. Come back to this page after a bad night reset; the order does not change, only the nests you are willing to touch.

Servers hold five people. You will meet the same thieves. Remember who bats on sight. Remember who waits at your pen. The players hub is for that metagame. For hour one, just bank a bird and sell an egg.
